630 cantilever single twisting machine

630 cantilever single twisting machine is used for twisting and untwisting of multiple types of high-frequency wire cores. The maximum speed is 1000RPM (normal 800RPM), the applicable core wire specifications are Φ0.6 - 3.0mm, the collective wire diameter is MAXΦ10mm, the twisting distance range is 20 - 200mm, and the tension of the tape/core wire is adjustable.
The equipment is equipped with a pay-off rack, a wire collection rack, a side wrapping machine, a center wrapping machine, a single twisting machine and a computer main control cabinet. The pay-off rack has a stable structure and reasonable tension design; the center wrapping machine and the side wrapping machine are fully functional; the single twisting machine has excellent performance, high speed, high efficiency and other characteristics, and is safe and reliable; the computer main control cabinet is highly intelligent and has a variety of control, display, alarm and communication functions.
