Excellent linearity:

Temperature control system:
the barrel temperature control system has been optimised by installing a new type of cooling fan, which makes the cooling volume of the fan very small when the extruder starts to heat up, and the cooling power gradually increases as the heating temperature gradually approaches the set value, which works in synergy with the enhanced heating system to improve the linearity and smoothness of the heating up process and the change of the set temperature.

Efficient production:
Highly efficient production is achieved by the new three-layer co-extrusion head (skin bubble skin). With the continuous improvement of material suppliers and the updating of equipments, the coaxial line of very fine high-speed wires used in the medical field has been widely used by using the fluoroplastic physical foaming process.
