800 cantilever single twisting machine

800 cantilever single twisting machine is used for cable core twisting, and can be used for information data cable when linked with back-twisting machine. It is suitable for wire diameter Φ0.6 - 4.0mm, twisted wire diameter Φ12mm, twist pitch is computer-adjustable, supply and take-up reel sizes can be customized, speed is 600 rpm, twist direction is optional, and the machine color and electrical box appearance are diverse.
The equipment includes magnetic powder pay-off rack, wire collection rack, horizontal center wrapping machine, single twisting machine and computer-type main control cabinet. The magnetic powder pay-off rack has automatic tension adjustment and manual wire shaft lock; the wire collection rack has a meter; the center wrapping machine has multiple functions and complete safety detection; the single twisting machine has excellent performance, convenient wire arrangement and twist direction, and good overall performance; the main control cabinet is highly intelligent, including multiple control functions and brand-name components. It can meet the needs of cable production.
